yes this is a known issue for many here  but the last update i believe it fixed  most if not all errors   but i could be wrong make sure you have the latest system update disable all apps you don't use if you downloaded any third party software like from google play etc uninstall it  anything that is not related to the scan tool uninstall it as well  try that you shouldn't have any issues or errors at all good luck.
